Casa Anna is an apartment that has been completely renovated. It is a spacious with a lot of natural light that's located on the 4th floor. The apartment is located in a building with an elevator situated in the central part of Rome in an area called Prati, just minutes away from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica.
The apartment has four beds: two single beds in the double bedroom, one bed in the single room, and a pullout sofabed in the living room. Upon request, there is also the possibility to add a small bed for children and an additional single bed for guests.
The bathroom has a showerbox and a washing machine. Other amenities include: a full kitchen with all of the accessories and appliances (microwave, toaster, etc.). The living room has a TV, ADSL wireless and a stereo system. The apartment also has independent heating that you may adjust to your liking, which is also very convenient.
The apartment is very well-connected because of its close proximity to two metro A lines (underground) Cipro and Ottaviano and a bus terminal located at Piazza Risorgimento. Thus, it is very easy to move around to the main attractions of Rome such as: the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, Castel Sant'Angelo as well as transportation hubs such as Termini train station and the Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino airport (easily reached by St. Peter's train station).
The neighborhood also has great amenties such as the largest open air farmer's market (mercato Trionfale) just down the street, several supermarkets, good restaurants, pubs and fast food spots all at your fingertips. Finally, there are also various services for tourists located in the area: bus tours, ticket agencies, etc.
