If you wish to spend some days in Rome in a family environment, in the center of the city, at reasonable prices, we will do our best to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and balcony and it is recently renovated.
We are near the Vatican, in a quiet and friendly suburb with supermarkets, restaurants, cinema and various shops nearby.
The bus stops is in front of the building and the underground station Valle Aurelia (metro A) is very close.
You will have the house's keys, giving you free and open access. We are available to provide suggestions about sights and events in Rome.
We are also near the Nuova Fiera di Roma, Centro Congressi Ergife and the Gemelli, IDI and Bambin Gesù hospitals.
The apartment is very cosy, bright and comfortable. Both bedrooms are provided with tv and air conditioning which can be adjusted separately in each room.
The air conditioning service is available from June till September.
Washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available in the flat.
The first bedroom is very bright and it has a window nearly the size of the wall. It is provided with a double bed and it is big enough for an additional single bed or for a cradle if required.
From the second bedroom you can access the balcony (which is very useful for smokers as smoking in the flat is forbidden). The room is provided with two single beds which can be joined together making a double bed. In this bedroom as well there's enough space for an additional single bed or for a cradle if required.
The kitchen is provided with gas oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cups and mugs, pots, coffee machine and kitchen linen.
The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms and it is provided with shower, sink, bidet and wc.
